Phil Ower becomes BSP President

It is with great pleasure and with acute awareness of the responsibility I now shoulder that I take over the reins of the BSP from Iain Chapple - what an act to follow!  This is a very exciting time for the BSP as we put into place the innovative strategic plans that we started talking about 2 years ago.  I'm very much looking forward to the next year as your President and I would welcome any comments or input from you, our members, who are the lifeblood of the BSP.  See you in Oxford in April!
