Funded Places for Dentists and Dental Professions

There are fully funded places available for Dentists and Dental Professions on the Mary Seacole and Rosalind Franklin NHS Leadership Programmes.

The Mary Seacole NHS Leadership Programme is designed for clinicians and non-clinicians working within our health and care systems. The Mary Seacole is a 6 month leadership programme designed and created for first time leaders in health and care, normally at least two years post qualification. VIEW FLYER

The Rosalind Franklin NHS Leadership Programme is designed for clinicians and non-clinicians working within our health and care systems. The Rosalind Franklin is a 9-month leadership development programme for mid-level leaders aspiring to lead large and complex programmes, departments, services or systems.VIEW FLYER

The NHS Leadership Academy are providing places on this programme to offer leadership development opportunities and evaluate the suitability of our offers for clinicians working in the dental team, recognising the additional challenges faced accessing leadership programmes. These places are fully funded so there is no additional cost to the participant or employing organisation.
