Dr Nik Pandya - Presidential Year 2021

BSP acknowledge with great sadness that Dr Nik Pandya will not get to enjoy his Presidency, however, 2021 is still to be recognised as his Presidential year. Council has added an engraved gold bar to the Presidential Chain to honour him and Prof. Mark Ide has kindly agreed to stand as Shadow President.

We will honour our dear friend next year and plan his Annual Conference, which will now be in 2022, the way he would have planned it – with a focus on supporting people in practice. Nik had chosen his Conference venue, having visited Luton Hoo Hotel, Bedfordshire with our Education & Events Manager, Tamsin Lawson.
