A note from our President…

The BSP Team is working extremely hard behind the scenes with only two weeks until the Conference. I am very much looking forward to welcoming you to Luton Hoo and am grateful that so many of our members are supporting this event. 

Together we can enjoy fantastic lectures and workshops, explore the Trade Exhibition and have a good catch-up with friends and colleagues during the break times and at the Conference Dinner. I want all members of the dental team to leave the Conference with an ignited passion for perio, together with updated skills and knowledge to take back to practice.

Dr Claire Storey has kindly agreed to offer a yoga session on the morning of Friday 14 October. There is no charge for this activity and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. The session will take place in the Birchwood Suite, The Mansion House, and will run from 7:30-8:15a.m. Transport will be available from Warren Weir at 7:15a.m., with return trips back after the session finishes, to allow time for a shower and breakfast. Don’t forget that the Conference Dinner follows a Casino Royale theme, with the dress code being black tie/cocktail dress. It will a wonderful evening of amazing food, casino thrills and fantastic live music. Please note that it is a CASH-ONLY bar.

All that remains is for me to say how much I am looking forward to this great event, which promises everything in the way of renewing connections, enjoying learning and sharing and taking time out to have a thoroughly valuable experience together.
